When you sign up, we will provide you with a unique 4-digit code. You can then call into our transcription system from any phone, enter your unique code, and begin dictating immediately.
Superior transcriptionists. Our advanced web-based technology allows AccuStat to recruit the best transcriptionists from around the nation to transcribe your notes quickly and accurately.
No busy signals. Our high-capacity system is designed to roll over to the next available line so you never get a busy signal when you call in to dictate.
Reliable. You are assigned to the same transcriptionist to ensure a higher level of quality and consistency. Additionally, back-up transcriptionists are available to handle your transcriptions when necessary. Rest assured, you are always covered.
Accurate. We have a quality assurance process in place to ensure that we deliver accurate transcriptions.
24-hour turnaround. We e-mail your transcriptions back to you within one business day via secure e-mail, just as soon as the transcriptionist has finished your daily transcriptions.
No set-up fees. We bill you by the line for the documents you receive. You pay no up-front charges for set-up fees, equipment, or software.
Fully HIPAA compliant. Our state-of-the-art database and e-mail systems are completely HIPAA compliant.
Temp services. We also offer temporary transcription services whenever your transcriptionist is on vacation or on leave.
